"Johnny D" had another solid year in '07 winning 43 races which was four better than the season before. His average was also up from the previous year as he recorded a very respectable .248 average.

John operates a public stable at his home base here in Saint John and known for his aggressiveness, picks up a number of catch-drives on a weekly basis.

He also sports a lifetime drivers average of .269 and turned in his best one-year performance in 1999 where he had 121 wins, a best-ever one-year driving average of .307 and close to $ 168,000 in earnings.

John comes from a racing family following in the footsteps of his father Art Davidson Sr who is a highly respected horseman in New Brunswick.
