One of our solid part-time drivers, Gordie Hennessey has earned a great reputation as he comes from a talented family including brothers Wally & Jody.

 

Gordie has made his name known over the years and stands at close to 1100 career wins, a lifetime driving average of .276 and over $ 1.1 million in purse money.

 

He remains the driver of choice for Moncton's Romeo Boucher who has a number of top notch horses, year after year. This season, Gordie has a potential stakes prize in Hillbilly Billy, a three-year-old son of Rayson Hanover who has looked good in his early lessons.

 

With a .401 average in limited action in 2007, the quiet teamster will look to add to his career numbers.
