Owner of the Year to be Presented at Awards

This year's owner of the year award at Exhibition Park Raceway will be doled out in conjunction with the local horsemen's associations annual awards.
A winter storm in Saint John Saturday played havoc with the day in general and a decision was made to give the award at a later date.
